We believe in supporting the community that we operate in and we do this in a few ways.
Diversified Workforce
Alta employs a diversified workforce comprised of persons with disabilities as well as people from a variety of cultures. This in turn has developed a corporate culture that is inclusive, understanding and empathetic. As a result, our employees are engaged, dedicated and deliver top performance.
Fund Raising and Donations
Alta is involved at the grass roots level to support local charities, hospitals and sports teams. This is normally in the form of fund raising or simply making a corporate donation.
Reducing our Carbon Footprint
Like many corporations today, Alta is concerned about our carbon footprint. In everything we do, we’re focused on waste reduction, recycling and efficient use of energy. For instance, where possible we partner with clients to reuse containers used for shipping and other items used for packaging.
